CURRENT MISSION
SE Asia prep mode!
ABOUT ME
I'm a curious and inquisitive traveller, who revels being in new locations and meeting new people. Most of my travelling history has been confined to South America, which i have a passion for, and I'm now looking to wider my horizons and will be exploring a bit of SE Asia this winter.
Being brought up in London I've been fortunate enough to absorb influences from all around the globe thanks to our cosmopolitan community, and so I'm more than comfortable fitting into new places with their individual customs.
PHILOSOPHY
Life's not just black and white, but mostly shades of grey.
Interests
I have a deep interest in global cuisine and I am a keen cook, spending lots of my time tracking down obscure ingredients from all around the world. Luckily in London we have a never ending supply of culinary experiences to influence us! Love cooking SE Asian food and also Mexican.
I'm very fond of the Spanish language and love practising my Spanish with native speakers. I learned Latin American Spanish but now work for Spanish company from Spain, and i enjoy the nuances of different country's take on the Spanish language. I'm fortunate enough through my work to travel extensively around Spain on a regular basis, and love learning more about the regionality of this fascinating country.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The "Moai", the giant statues populating the eerie island of Easter Island, are a pretty incredible sight.
The aroma's of a Sunday afternoon in Buenos Aires (a heady cocktail of roasting meat, roasting coffee and cigarette smoke).
A good old fashioned Waterloo Sunset (smog optional).
Countries I’ve Visited
Argentina, Belgium, Bolivia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Croatia, France, Germany, India, Ireland, Italy, Peru, Spain
Countries I’ve Lived In
