About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Travel the world, with just a messenger bag and music for luggage. Create memories.

ABOUT ME

I'm really not good at self descriptions, I tend to skew towards self deprecation and occasional crass jokes about the human experience.

I pretty much live for music, nothing interests me quite as much as finding/rediscovering old and new music. I'm an aspiring musician/music journalist, written a few things for websites that nobody really frequents, and have waited outside in the cold at sold out shows just to work security over with earnestness to let me in. (it works, sometimes)

I have a culinary degree, that doesn't get used nearly as much as it should. I've attended college, but not at the right time for myself. And I work a corporate job, which allows me to support local causes and indie bands. I think that evens out.

There's probably more pictures of me partying and at concerts on Facebook that have gone untagged than the ones I've taken of myself.

PHILOSOPHY

I try to treat others as I'd like to be treated. I'm not very religious, but I do see the value in the lessons that religion can impart on you.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: too few to list
Music: way too many to list (but you can borrow my iPod for a bit)
Books: don't have enough time to sit down and read books, I prefer informative articles on websites

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Lived and worked on a cruise liner at the age of 18 (youngest crew member on board)
Travelled to 4 cities within the space of a week to celebrate my birthday.
Lived in 7 states, and the District of Columbia.
Went cow tipping in Hawaii.
