I grew up in Bangkok, studied at international school in Bangkok, went to last year of high school in Sacramento, California, and got a graduate degree from Boston University in Boston, Massachusettes.

During my college year, I received youthship scholarship from Japanese government and was sent to live with different host families in 7 countries around South East Asia. I made a lot of friends that I still keep in touch til now, lived in different culture , ate different kind of food and cruised around South East Asia for over 50 years. That's one of the most memorable experiences of my life.

I am an avid traveler and foodie. I love getting out of town to see different signs and sample different food. And I love getting lost in little streets around the world!

At home, I try to grow my own food(what I can) in containers. In my tiny condo balcony, I have chili, basil, sweet basil, mint, tomatoes, shallots, lemongrass and a few carrots! I am a big fan of sustainable living.

I love jazz and my perfect Sunday afternoon is good jazz, a glass of wine and a good book.

I have friends who are active members of CS who have shared with me memorable experiences they had surfing the world with CS. The stories of their great hosts and the experiences they had which they won't have if they have had stayed in hotels got me interested. Also meeting locals is a great way to get insights to the places I travel. I always find that locals give best advices and know better places than guide books:)

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I stood up to the corrupted ex-prime minister whose massive corruption has done irreversible damage to the country. I launched youtube video attacking him. It's a big deal because he is a mafia so nobody dared speaking anything against him publicly. The video got almost a million like and I was the most sought after girl by the media for a period of time. That opened door for several other groups to speak against the corrupted ex-PM in public.
