We met in Dublin, last year, and became best friends/brother/sister in a couple of weeks. She's funny, talkative, sympathetic, kind silly sometimes (in a good way) but always a great person to stay close. There aren't enough adjectives to describe this little woman.
You should meet her, totally worth it.
