live the "now" and not in the past or the future. Don't let it be controlled by material things. Remember that everything will change, and you can not control anything. Do not judge people too fast and stay responsible for your actions no matter what kind of stuff you ate or drank.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Had some people staying in my apartment in Istanbul and met a bunch of CS people in Istanbul - all good experiences. Since the summer 2013 my flatmate javier and I started to host people in our flat in Nørrebro - Copenhagen

兴趣

I'm interested in developing inner calmness through practices such as meditation, yoga, Buddhism, kayaking and climbing. At the time time I like to do a lot of the practices which challenge this - Project management, working in pulsing environments, seeing friends, partying, going to festivals and other social events.

Celebrating Christmas in the children corner at Christmas for Christmas-less at Christiania, where 2000 people enjoyed a cosy night together. Skydiving. Living for 3 weeks in a small village in Tanzania. Erasmus in Istanbul. Living one month in Kopan Monastery, a Buddhist monastery in Nepal. Travelling in Nepal and India.
