i am jen wen, an ancestor to the great wen tien xiang, a chinese hero who stayed to battle the mongolians near the great wall.

I love to be loved and loving...and with doing so, life becomes little lessons of learning to love myself and others around me.

PHILOSOPHY

Funny you ask...I'm now learning to surrender to the moment & not control. Deal with stuff that arises at the moment...be self-critical & loving at the same time. Learning to relaaaaaaax

Mother gange was my source of cooling down when I was staying @ rishikesh. I also saw the dhali lama on that trip.

Teach, Learn, Share

I teach yoga & go jogging by the riverside park. I'm also the queen of hot springs & night markets. My chinese isn't too shabby either so I can help out in that area.
