ABOUT ME

I'm a very easy-going guy with a seemingly insatiable thirst to learn about different people and cultures. I haven't been able to do much traveling (aside from "youtube-traveling")....just watching other people's travel videos and dreaming of the day I can do my own traveling...and making my own travel vids. =)

I get giddy and excited over the most trivial things when traveling domestically. Whether it's a tourist spot or a local's favorite....I'll be happy. I'm easy to please when it comes to sightseeing. I love just going out there and exploring things (when I'm on vacation). I just wanna soak everything...the culture, the people, the food, the sights, the sounds....EVERYTHING! I wanna feel like a local.

Hopefully I can fulfill my passion for traveling and learning through CS.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've heard so many great things from a good friend of mine about her many CS adventures. She suggested I check it out....so here I am. I really love the thought of just being able couchsurf anywhere in the world and sharing stories/experiences/cultures with other CS-ers.

I have not been able to do much traveling internationally...but I hope to change that soon. So far I've only visited Mexico, Vietnam and Taiwan (where I was born).

-I've been in an MTV music video
-Swam with sharks and dolphins
-Recently visited Penghu, Taiwan in search of my birth hospital and the Vietnamese refugee camp where my family was residing.

-I'm a handyman at home. I can fix (or at least attempt to) household issues
-Snowboarding....I have lots of patience...and I love teaching newbies how to snowboard
-interior design.....I'll help you spruce up your place and provide ideas on how u can make it look a lot better. hehe
