I'm a Danish (27) girl living and studying in Melbourne for the next year and is absolutely loving it down under :) But have to go back to Denmark in August..

I study Media and Journalism at La Trobe University and right now I am focusing on photojournalism, which is a new challenge.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couch-surfed in Tasmania with my friend for nine days. We meet some awesome people and got to see some things I don't think we would have seen on our own. I have had purely positive experiences with CS and I think it's the best way to travel and a great opportunity to meet local people in the culture you travel.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Swimming with whalesharks in Exmouth and draged my tired body to the sun gate at Machu Pitchu after 3 days of hiking. Jumped out of a plane at Playa del Carmen, jumped from a bridge in Banos (Ecuador.)
I swam with sea lions in Galapagos, spotted whales from the coast of Peru. I have slept in a tent in the jungle of Brazil and lived with Indians in Mexico where we milked the cows in the morning and hiked in the high al-tribute in the afternoon. I have seen the firwork on Sydney harbour bridge and seen dolphins jumping in India. I have seen giant trees in California and the mystery spot.
