Grew up in North London, strayed to the north of England for a few years to complete a degree in product design. Travelled around South East Asia for 6 months, lived in and around Australia for year and a half.
Now in Berlin for the past year.

Big city kid at heart, although i am quite spontaneous and don't take much convincing to go on a weekend away or further afield..

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like the idea of spending time with locals in new cities around the world rather than just staying in hotels/hostels.

I think one of the real ways in getting to see and know a new place is by seeing them through the eyes of a local, which is how I stumbled on this site originally.

I've since met a number of people along my journey who have hosted and surfed, and think it's a perfect time to start!

Although not quite a local in Berlin, I love to meet new people and sharing my travelling experiences
