We are a couple with wanderlust from Sweden and Germany.
We currently live in 30sqm in the beautiful Stockholm, but now this time has come to an end. Before we will move on to new unencountered habitats, we will downsize even further and travel the US westcoast by campervan. As we are friendly and sociable people we would love to get to know some people on the way.

Theo is a certified clinical technician in neurophysiology and Birdie did her bachelors in biochemistry. Due to a similar fascination for the mind and ways of altering and understanding it, we met 2 years ago when we both started our master in neurochemistry. Don't let that scare you, we are still chill people :D

We are both nature-loving persons and love going for a hike when we get the opportunity. Spending an evening by the campfire philosophizing is always a hit for us. However, we also enjoy stepping it up to some psytrance or other music at raves. We both enjoy experimenting with cooking, which definitely helps with enjoying the occasional munchies even more.

We have roadtripped together before and harmonize very well with each other as well as with other people. So don't expect any drama mama!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Theo joined couchsurfing to have some nice guests, but not long later he met Birdie who also moved in. Since we now are two in a 30 sqm apartment we don't have much room for guests. However, we spend some time on the road once in a while and love meeting new people!

That is why we are now taking this opportunity for our roadtrip through the US! We are going from Vancouver to LA over a two week period during which we would love to meet some locals, especially in the cities on the way!

During the fall we are planning to move, and will then hopefully acquire a bigger place with some room to accommodate some of you folks! Wherever in Europe that might be...
