We got married 8 years ago and moved to Brighton at the same time and are extremelly happy in this wonderful city. We both enjoy a good night's dancing to some house music and enjoy travelling. We don't have any pets (not counting the our tropical fish) but do often look after friends' animals so there may very well be a dog at ours. We both enjoy meeting different people.

Sue is a vegetarian and very pro-animal rights, she grew up in London. She has a keen interest in nutrition and supports West Ham United Football club. Sue tends to be the more outgoing fun loving of the two of us. Horror films and a very electic mix of music tend to be the order of the day. If something / someone makes Sue laugh she tends to be happy.

Theresa is a meat eater, grew up in South Africa and moved to the UK 14 years ago. Tends to be on the more serious side than Sue (not that that is difficult). Enjoys history of social change, politics and religion.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We are busy planning a 6 month sabatical to S.America for the end of 2017. We had heard about Couchsurfing and it sounds like an amazing way of getting to know local people and actually travel a country properly, so we giving it a go.
