I'm am a 22 year old student from Austria who is going to stay for some days in New York before doing an exchange semester in Golden/Colorado.

It's my first time in the states and that's why it would be very nice to stay with a local who can give me some advices and introduce me to the US.

Now about my person. I would say that I'm a very easy person and open for new things. On the one hand I'm very interested in culture and I love to philosophize and on the other hand I like to go out, have fun and meet new people. When I went to school I did a rotary yough exchange to Colombia. During this year I found my love for traveling and I learned to recognize the small beauties in other cultures. I love to meet new personalities and to see a little bit more of this wonderful world :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to see the “real side“ of a country and to explore the culture offside of the casual tourism, so cs seems perfect to me. Furthermore I love it to meet new people and the beautyful side of cs is, that cs is based on reciprocity.
