ABOUT ME

I love stories, art and getting to do something new everyday. Which is why I spend my days working on films in the art department. I get to research and create all sorts of interesting worlds, from boarding schools in the 1920’s to modern architecture. I also love to spend time outside, whether that means sitting on the beach reading a book, or going on a hike with friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've had some really great experiences couchsurfing while my sister and I travelled in New Zealand, and while I haven't often had a living situation to be able to host as well, the couple of times I have been able to host travelers have been wonderful too!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

When I was introduced to Couchsurfing by my friends, I knew it was something I would love. I first helped my roommate host while we were in university, and since then I've met many lovely people through CS! I love getting the chance to meet people from different parts of the world.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spending two months driving across Canada with my sister, from Vancouver, BC to St. John's, NL! We saw so much of our beautiful country - from badlands and prairie fields, to the Great Lakes and the Atlantic coast!

I could teach you what the difference between an "art director" and a "production designer" are in film credits, the name of basically any character from The Lord of the Rings, or how to play my favourite card game, Dutch Blitz.
I love learning about the history of the places I go!
