Why I’m on Couchsurfing

While traveling, couchsurfing seems like a great opportunity to meet locals and get closer to the culture of the country.
The most beautiful and special places you'll never find on a tourist map;-)

I am not a big city person as well. But if you're staying in Hostels you kind of have to stay in cities...

I would clearly choose a milkshake🍒 over a beer🍺 and a Disney movie night with good friends over a club night ❤🌈

Travelling became a big part of my life. After a while back home I always feel the need to leave again and explore new places, new food, music and culture 🌴🎎🏯

Music, Movies, and Books

You'll find me next to the street musician around the corner... at an Opera house in a nice dress... at a Deep Purple concert or a Goa Festival... listening to a choir or a metal band🎵

For music there is no right or wrong. You just have to be in the mood for it;)

If it comes to movies Disney is always a good choice. I just love the singing parts and the happy endings🌞
Some other favourites of mine are Shutter Island, the Imitation Game, my girl, Succer Punch

I love historical books and biographies.
1813, Désirée or the Doctor of Stalingrad are some of my favourites.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I used to work in an Indian women shelter. After a while I found out that they were all quite into singing. So I started a choir with all these complete layman's without really expecting anything. We practiced as often as possible. And it was great to see them getting better everyday and gaining more self confidence. The highlight was a concert at Christmas time! 🎅

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm always happy about people that help me to improve my Russian skills, show me new recipes or let me explore different kinds of music.

I can teach you some basic Indian sign language. Which is probably not really helpful for your further life, but at least quite fun 😜

I can show you some guitar chords 🎸
Or maybe get you into opera or classic music.

If you're interested in crafting I can show you some basic stuff as well 🎀
