ABOUT ME

I go through life with a big smile.
I laugh a lot, I can be really goofy sometimes, but I never feel as good as when I laugh and have fun, it makes everything easier and it really is the best medicin for everything.
A talk a lot, and I'm not kidding, you'll see. And I never get to the point either, but it can be quite entertaining I've noticed.
I like to meet new people (as everyone else on CS, surprise!) and to hang out. Drinking beer with people I like, listening to good music and talking and having fun must be the best combination there is.
I'm a vegetarian, but don't worry, I don't dislike people who aren't! :)

PHILOSOPHY

I like almost everything and everyone. Except for bad things, of course.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I surf at the moment but I'm looking forward to host when I get a place of my own.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've only couchsurfed once in Paris, a really good experience. But this summer I will couch surf a lot I hope! :)

Interests

I love being around people I like, talk and just hang out. In a new city I like to walk around to see everything. I'm very interested in cultures, languages, music, art and lots of other stuff.
I studied music in high school, I sing but can play a little bit of other instruments too. I work in a Guitarshop, and I love it. Lots of beautiful guitars to look at all day and nice people to meet. And I get to play the guitars (even though I suck at guitar..)
I am quite active in Amnesty International in my city, I am an activist volounteer. For me human rights is very important and it is something that I would like to work with in the future maybe. I am also volunteering in a project with young people who just came to Sweden, for them to have fun activities and get comfortable in their new country.
I love the ocean, I usually go sailing during the summer and just enjoy the fresh salty air in my face, and of course I go swimming, but it's quite cold..
Let's see, what else..? Actually, it depends on when I'm asked. One month I am really into something, a new project, and the next I want to do something else. Variation I guess.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music. 60's, 70's, indie, reggae, ska, rock, classic, jazz and more. Jimi Hendrix is the all time favourite. I love old music, but also new.
Movies. The godfather, Hair, Amelie, Twin peaks, I can't think of them all right now.
Books. I was thinking that I should read all the important novels through history, but it'll take a while...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Midnight sun in the north of Sweden in the summertime, the sun shining in the middle of the night, so beautiful.
Inflight over LA in nighttime, all those lights and a city that never seemed to end, amazing.
