ABOUT ME

I'm 38 years old and love meeting new people. I am From Manchester UK, but I moved to Calahonda, Spain, in 2011 then onto Alhaurin De La Torre in 2013.
I'm pretty laid back and I don't judge people on their colour, race, religion, sexuality or anything else. People are people and idiots come in all colours and creeds just like good people.
I'm willing to listen to anyone's views on anything as long as they will listen to mine.
I'm into motorbikes and classic cars, reading, music, travel and photography.
I'm also a bit of an adrenaline junkie, I do climbing, bocking(jumping stilts), rollerblading, urbexing, fire poi and anything else I can think of. I'm not very good at ANY of them but I enjoy it :)
I also LOVE Fancy Dress and will use ANY excuse to dress up as a Zombie, vampire, etc.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

not been here that long....I'm hoping to meet new people, whether they come to me or I go to visit them, all over the world. I'm hoping to laugh, learn and enjoy my new friends. Hosted a few surfers now, but not surfed myself yet, hoping to do so soon.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

So far, so good... only had a few surfers so far, but hoping to host many more in the future and meet more interesting people from all over the globe. I'm hoping to travel myself more in the future too and surf some couches myself :)

All sorts of music - Rock, metal, EBM. industrial, classical, dance, speed garage, easy listening, oldies...faves include Jason Mraz, VNV Nation, Thunder, Deep Purple, Prodigy, and much more....

I don't watch TV but I do like my DVD's...Horror, girly films, comedies, anything by John Hughes or Kevin Smith...

I'm an avid reader and will read almost anything - currently reading a book about Chernobyl and one about Serial killers...love KING, KOONTZ and PATTERSON.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Visiting Chernobyl and Pripyat in Jan 2009. It was very humbing to be where the nuclear accident occured and to see and hear how it changed peoples lives forever...

Teach, Learn, Share

I want to learn Spanish.
I have been to Chernobyl and it taught me a lot. I would love to discuss this experience with people.
I was a roadie for a while and met a lot of famous people, some of what I found was surprising...
I know a few circus skills such as juggling, stilt jumping and spinning poi.
