About Me

CURRENT MISSION

My main goal right now is writing. I am finally working a grown-up job, and it makes me realize how important it is to express myself creatively, now that I spend my time working for the man.

ABOUT ME

I'm really difficult to piss off. I put a pretty high value on being content with my life, and so I don't let stuff get to me too often. I care a lot about what's going on in the world, and it bugs the hell out of me to think that I won't live a productive life, but I've done some cool shit, so I guess that's alright for now.

PHILOSOPHY

I live my life to improve the world. That sounds stupid, but it's frankly what I have fun doing, so there it is.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I just love to travel, and my favorite part about traveling is the people. So... while I'm not traveling, I'd still like to meet people who are.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have hosted a couple of people just through friends-of-friends, and so far I've only had great expereinces. I don't mind helping out when I can with rides or supplies, but I'm not rich, so... be decent.

Interests

Books, writing, martial arts, slam poetry, languages... more.

Music, Movies, and Books

Wow this would be a hell of a long list. I'm also really bad at thinking of these kinds of things.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I participated in my first competitve fight a few years ago in Thailand. That was damn scary, but a great experience.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am always more than happy to talk about writing and performance, and I particularly enjoy slam poetry.

I play a VERY little bit of guitar, but I would love to learn more of that or any other instrument.
