Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm not carved for hotels... I'm carved for the real, authentic way of travelling... I want to experience things as a local would...

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had the chance to be in Canada a couple of years ago and two Canadians save my trip. I had trouble to find a youth hostel and when I found one, it was not that good with very low standard and not that clean. I spent a week and half in their respective flats and they were great to me showing me where to go and so on. So I obviously recommend this method of traveling and I'm trying to spread the world everywhere I go.

Movie: For the Love of the Game, That Awkward Moment, Miracle on Ice, Mystery Alaska

Books: Harry Potter, The Deadzone, Home Game, Canadians... Love every books that talks about how Canada is great. Roy MacGregor is my favorite writer. Sportsnet.ca/nhl is my favorite website where I spend way too much time on.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Slept in a bench in Trudeau airport at Montreal because I had no hostel booking. Around my feet was a South Korean guy and around my head was an Australian guy. We spent the night together (because our flights were deported because of the Irene storm) talking about everything.
