About Me

Enjoy this beautiful world and share it with the ones I love.

Sociable, open-minded and open book. Willing to know more like-minded travelers and partners in adventures and creative projects.

Be kind and generous to people. Do not judge and enjoy, life is really short.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love traveling around the world looking for new experiences, friendships and how to know myself and others even better.

I started "Surfin' USA" in August 2012 and I have been to more places I can recall, from NYC to Tijuana (Mexico), from Chicago to New Orleans, always looking for natural beauty, interesting, long-lasting experiences. I've met wonderful hosts and surfers, who eventually became friends and changed many conceptions about life for better. I've lived at the back of a church, a mansion, and on sailing boat, only because I decided to TRUST people how I'd like them to trust me. And then, two weeks turned into more than a year of exciting exploring.

Dancing, playing music, photography, movies, concerts, arts, reading, traveling, technology, hiking, rock climbing, playing sports.

Music, Movies, and Books

Anything that I'm in the mood for listening. From Blue Grass to Hip Hop, from Brazilian Funk to Classical music.

Usually inspirational ones, such as "Into the Wild", "A Hundred Years of Solitude", "The Unberable Lightness of Being"... But also funny ones.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I got Geezer Butler's bass guitar pick during a Black Sabbaths's concert!!

Alrigh, letting the fan side on the side, I sailed the Mississipi river with a then stranger I met on Craigslist and I wrote a book and created a photographic essay on the remaining poets of an ancient form of literature in Brazil.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you some Portuguese, Spanish, photography, guitar and Karate if you would like.

I love learning lenguages, cultural habits and experiencing local music and food.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Trust, respect, friendship, truth and some help with the house. Also, have you ever thought of having professional pictures taken? I love portraying people!!
