Till I was 27 years old I had never been out of the São Paulo state, living in the city where I was born, working for the same company for 7 years and having an usual and stable life. The travel bug was about to bite me.

On my 27 birthday I gifted myself a one month trip to San Francisco (CA). I thought I needed to travel and live new experiences and after that trip I had no doubts about it. That trip happened on February 2014, since then I have backpacked through Argentina, Chile, Bolivia, Peru and Paraguay and then, one year later, I have lived for one year in Chile where I had the opportunity to work at a hotel in the stunning chilean Patagonia (by the way when I'm asked about where my heart is I immediately think about Patagonia (both Chilean and Argentinian).

Because it really helps on getting to know people from all over the globe while travelling. I have already met many very interesting people thanks to this page/application and I intend to continue with this. Not necessarily by hosting me but having a beer with a "stranger" is something that really fill my heart with contentedness (unless the person I am with is a couchsurfer ripper)

音乐、电影和书籍

Kiarostami's movies are my favorites currently. His movies are really intriguing and give you some food for thought. (I highly recommend watching Close-up and Taste of Cherry). Abbas Kiarostami is from Iran and most of his movies took place in his country.
I really enjoy any kind of music and lately I have been listening to Violeta Parra and Victor Jara songs (chilean musicians from 70's and 80's) which does not mean I know their songs very well, I just started to listening to them recently and I really like them so far.
I like reading philosophy but since I am not too brainy for it, I also enjoy novels which is a lot easier reading . Walden by Henry David Thoreau is a very important book to me. Lately I have read Hermann Hesse, Dostoieviski, Tolstoy and currently I'm trying to read Nietzsche (I hope to finish the book before I go crazy)
