About Me
Hi!
I'm a French 24 year old who grew up in London,UK, and since 18 have discovered a huge passion for travelling. Be it interrailing across Europe, road tripping across Central and Eastern Australia or discovering Indonesia's volcano summits to name a few, I can't think of a better way to spend my time than going on hikes and getting to know how locals live in cultures other than my own.
I'm currently in Portugal for this summer, heading up north slowly.
Thanks to university and travelling,, I've become fairly eco-conscious and would love to see a transformation in the general community's lifestyle so that it may benefit the planet, however little this change may be.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing sounds like such a great opportunity to really get the place's vibe from the point of view from someone who is fully immersed within the community, be it a traveller who's settled in a few months ago or someone who was borned and raised here!
I've hosted once which was such a great opportunity to meet a wonderful person, and would love to again once I have the chance to.
Interests
I grew up playing lots of sports but I'd say the main 3 I still play and/or follow are rugby, tennis and skiing. I'm also getting into surfing but just need a few weeks by the beach to properly learn! I'd say i'm at my happiest by the sea or mountain, but being a Londoner I constantly am startled by the magic of big cities.
I've always loved rock, especially alternative and classic, and in recent years have started to get more and more into tech house and rap as well as disco and funk, exploring new genres when I can. I'm slowly learning the guitar and have some piano skills too
I'd describe myself as a Flexivegan, meaning I'll follow a vegan diet most the time but then every now and again will treat myself to some good cheese, or if a friend cooks for me I won't fuss and will eat what's on my plate! I love cooking and healthy eating, and am always eager to learn new dishes and techniques

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I spent 4 weeks working on an ecofarm in Costa Rica through Workaway, where I was able to take a step back from busy city life and get a better understanding on my life priorities and how to live a happy, healthy lifestyle
Teach, Learn, Share
If you want to learn new languages I'm natively fluent in English and French and almost fluent in Spanish so don't be shy to ask!
I can also teach some of my cooking skills and hopefully you can share some of your knowledge with me
I've always loved sports so throw me into anything and I'll be sure to give it a go, however obscure it may be :)
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share my knowledge of French, English and Mexican culture and cuisine, talk about sports all day long and share some funky stories about travelling experiences as I'm sure you will be able to!
I'm also fond of talking about how we can help out the earth in our little way and hopefully can share some eco responsable initiatives that could be put in place in the near future!
