I’m a 28 yo Belgian architect and farm worker. I've been living and traveling around the word for the past 3 and a half years now. I'm a vegetarian, I practise meditation and I'm into scuba diving, rock climbing and mountaineering.

Interests

I'm into scuba diving, mountaineering and rock climbing. But I also practise photography and enjoy architecture, arts, literature, philosophy and cinema. And, of course, travelling!

Music, Movies, and Books

When it comes to music I have very eclectics tastes, ranging from Ali Farka Touré to Cerrone, including Buena Vista Social Club or Gainsbourg. And obviously all the classics of the rock, folk and jazz history. But when it comes to cinema I can get very picky! And that includes, amongst others, all of Paul Thomas Anderson, Wong-kar Wai and Terrence Malik's movies. My favorite books are Kerouack's Lonesome Traveler, Konrad's Heart of Darkness, Malraux's Human's Faith, Bataille's Blue of Noon and Thoreau's Walden.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I would have to choose between jumping off a plane over the Great Barrier Reef, diving surrounded by 5 thresher sharks, bathing in the Gange or climbing a 5000m pass in Kyrgyzstan, all by myself, with snow up to my chest...

Teach, Learn, Share

I could give you some French lessons, teach you basic photography skills or even introduce you to architecture, philosophy or meditation. Oh, and I also know some bad Aussie jokes! While I’m keen on learning some local vocabulary and facts about your city, discovering your culture and cuisine... And we could share everything we know about this beautiful planet around a beer, or two!
