Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm just beginning my travelling career, but I can't wait to explore the world and meet people. I'm a very social person and being forced in close living with someone sounds delightful to me. I'm also looking for more affordable lodging situations and this seems like an amazing option.

Music, Movies, and Books

I don't listen to much pop, but I listen to very specific artists in many genres. Wether it's Japanese ska, Cthulhu themed rock, video game soundtracks, jazz covers, string quartets, or barbershop.
I'm a big fan of Ghibli movies, comedies (particularly dark humour), and animation TV shows like Adventure Time, Gravity Falls, and Invincible.
I've just gotten back into more serious/active reading, gravitating towards fantasy and sci-fi books. Recently I've fallen in love and finished the Mistborn trilogy.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've performed at the Canadian National Arts Center in front of 2000 people during the Governor General Awards. I had the chance, while in highschool, to perform the honouring performances for a winning artist. It's a moment I look back to often when I need a confidence boost.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I have a great passion for theatre and can no doubt drag us to a nearby show. I'm not the greatest cook, but I love trying myself in the kitchen and can gladly cook us a meal. Finally I'm really good with kids and can surely entertain a young one for a while.
