My name is Thierry. I'm 27 and I'm about to complete my Bachelor degree.

In my freetime, I can‘t stand still and I want to use my time to discover the world and my surroundings!

Previously, I have travelled a half-year in Chile to discover Patagonia by bike, from Rome to Switzerland, and now that I am married, I can even enjoy such trips with my wife Alexandra with a tandem :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Alexandra and I love going running or hiking to keep in touch with nature. We are both very curious and opened minded to get in touch with people from all around the world!

I think „Couchsurfing“ is the nicest way to discover the other‘s culture since we can directly live the authencity of the culture!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I served for 2 years as Swiss Guard in the Vatican City. Through this life experience in the Swiss Guard, I opened my mind and became more responsible, flexible and certainly patient.

I met people from all around the world and also had new great friendships!

Next to it, the most amazing thing I have done is getting married with Alexandra!
