About Me

CURRENT MISSION

As we travel the Universe . . .

ABOUT ME

Welcome,
Here you find something about me.
I was born in a cross-fire hurricane 26 years ago. I am currently studying Physical Education, Psychology and Philosophy at the University of Vienna, always looking for a chance to escape serious university life and work. For further and more interesting information please feel free to come by and find out yourself.
Enjoy your time!

Side info:
I am a verified member but I recently changed my address as I moved into a new flat. They cannot verify me again unless I pay again. Really? Whatever...

PHILOSOPHY

Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbour. Catch the trade winds in sails. Explore. Dream. Discover.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Hosting, Surfing, and meeting people. Guiding you through the city or telling you the good spots.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am glad to have had the opportunity to surf several couches in various countries and to host a lot of different people coming from different places. I definitely look forward to do both again. It is a great thing and a good chance to experience travelling purer and more genuine. I try to host as many people as possible, as I always like to meet new people and have a good time with them.

I surfed in Vienna, Letterkenny, Galway, Dublin, Calgary, Jasper, Seattle, San Francisco, Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Valparaiso, Mendoza and Santiago.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I once looked up to the clear sky of Fort William and in this very moment a flying seagull tried to poo onto my head. It would have hit me - BUT - I first realized what's coming towards me and then jumped aside to not get pooed onto the forehead. I was lucky.

Sledging down a volcano in Nicaragua with 68 KPH, alongside Halle Berry, her daughter and her bodyguard.

My former band once played a short show on top of a hill back home. The sound was heard by friends and family living on the other side of town, even by those who lived a few kilometers away. We stopped after a few minutes as neighbours continuously kept threatening us with calling the police.

Teach, Learn, Share

"To those who can hear me, I say - do not despair. The misery that is now upon us is but the passing of greed - the bitterness of men who fear the way of human progress. The hate of men will pass, and dictators die, and the power they took from the people will return to the people. And so long as men die, liberty will never perish... Don't give yourselves to these unnatural men - machine men with machine minds and machine hearts! You are not machines! You are not cattle!... You are men! You, the people, have the power to make this life free and beautiful, to make this life a wonderful adventure... let us use that power - let us all unite."

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am open to share everything. From good stories to a towel. From a hug to a jam. From a head lamp to cooking services.

Sharing things/experiences is more fun if both people appreciate and enjoy it.

Sharing is caring.
