I’m originally from a small town in Bretagne, France. Fun fact—It’s a Celtic place known for its menhirs, a type of megalith!

I'm the type of person to be open minded, sociable, friendly, laid back and easy going. My personal experiences have given me good relational abilities. I'm always interested in meeting new people and share a conversation or an activity.

I've discovered Couchsurfing when I’ve moved to Canada and started a new chapter of my life. Then, I’ve felt in love with this community. It's now my way to connect with people from all around the world and satisfy my inherent wanderlust. Curiosity is a part of me and CS is great to fulfill it and to make me a happier person—aware and mindful of what’s important in life. What I like about CS is the unique and genuine moments I can share with locals and travellers alike.

There is a great quote about this: “Strangers are just friends you haven't met yet.” That's why I'm on CS.

Music rhythm my life. I know my classics like: Bob Dylan, The Beatles, The Who, The Mamas and the Papas, The Beach Boys, Steely Dan, The Doors, The Velvet, David Bowie, Jimi Hendrix... And I like rock bands like Franz Ferdinand, Arctic Monkeys, The Black Keys, The Strokes or The Hives. Also, French touch music has a special place in my heart with artists like: Daft Punk, Justice, Air, Breakbot, Kavinsky. I also like The Weeknd, Majid Jordan or Kid Cudi. Moreover, I like Bon Iver, Django Django, Tame Impala, Arcade Fire, Mac DeMarco, Leon Bridges, Alabama Shakes, Roosevelt, Jungle, Beck and many (many) more... Ultimately, I like indie music! Recently I’ve been listening to a lot of latin music as I’m learning Spanish. I especially like Luis Miguel and Mercedes Sosa. Also, I've participated for several years as a volunteer in one of the largest music festival in France.

When it comes to movies, my cherished directors are: Martin Scorsese, Quentin Tarantino, Francis Ford Coppola, Sofia Coppola, the Coen Brothers, Tim Burton, George Lucas, Danny Boyle, Sean Baker, Xavier Dolan, Luc Besson, Jean-Pierre Jeunet, Quentin Dupieux, Albert Dupontel and Agnès Varda.

I don’t read much but I listen to a lot of podcasts, especially a lot of TEDs, Ten Percent Happier, Hidden Brain, 99% Invisible, …and more!

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I’ve left my home for the new world in 2016 with a backpack and a suitcase. Little did I know back then how transformative this experience would be.

I’ve traveled alone in NYC during Xmas and met some awesome locals.

I’ve been “screeched” on George Street in downtown St. John’s, Newfoundland. (just... google it)

I did dog sledding in Manitoba and had the chance to take care of the huskies for a bit before and after the ride.

I did ziplining in Mont-Tremblant, QC. 250ft in the trees, 100km/h top speed.

I saw both ends of the Trans-Canada Highway.

I did bungee jumping 160ft over the glacial fed Cheakamus River in Whistler, BC.

I’ve visited the ancient Haida village sites of Kuna and Tanu in Gwaii Haanas and met with the watchmen.

I’ve surfed in Hawaii.

I’ve swum with a wild sea turtle in Guadeloupe.

I’ve hanged out for a moment with penguins in their natural habitat in Ushuaia.
