I am successful in business, a father, and Air Force veteran.
I am about to embark on a new chapter in my life that entails less working and more exploring while I work on write (hopefully) 2 books. This is a limited time endeavor, possibly 1 year. I do plan on working, as needed, to maintain the insurance, fuel and maintenance on my 32 foot RV which wil be my main living space. And yes I will accepting guests on the RV which I hope to park near a fabulous panoramic view.
I am planning on driving slowly up the west coast from Los Angeles to Seattle. I want to smell the ocean, talk and laugh with new friends. I want to avoid all that is fake and pretentious. I want to meet genuine people, I want to hear their stories. I want to give more than I take...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am not sure how much I ll be doing since I ' ll have my RV. I did remove the shower from the RV, and the kitchen. So I will hope to use a gym for showers, and eat foods that do not require cooking.
I suspect I will host many others in need of a safe place to sleep

Interests

I skateboard and own a long board and a bowl board. I have a mountain bike that needs to be ridden more. I have run 6 marathons and want to train for a triathlon.
I have traveled to many countries and want to see many more. I love the ocean, the mountains, clean air and water, thick green forests.
I cannot sing , but love music, all kinds of music. I am a big fan of Ellie Goulding, Zara Larsson, etc Also classic 70's rock bands
I love to cook and enjoy sharing dinner and conversation with new friends
