Fascinated by everything. Big into healthy eating, staying in shape, quietness in the country, and a good night's sleep. Hopefully will be finished the PhD in the coming months and then off to a different part of the world for some work and travel.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Went to Athens at the end of August for a few days and wanted to get a local's knowledge of the area. Tried Couchsurfing and found it far better than any hotel. Great fun and a good way of getting around.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music. Everything. Always listening to something. Favourites include Massive Attack, Young Fathers, Radiohead, Jonsi & Alex (Riceboy sleeps), Beta Band, the list is endless.

Movies - The Thin Red Line, Barry Lyndon, Inception .... I have to think about this.

Books - Catch 22, Trainspotting ... again, far too many to put down here.
