About Me

New to the couchsurfing community! I'm travelling in the USA for the next three months, but will be getting into hosting once I'm back in Perth, I've got a couch with everyone's name on it! I'm drawing close to achieving my dream of constant travel and remote work, I travel so that I can learn about the world and myself, but the awesome people I've met along the way are easily the highlights of every trip I've taken.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Solo travel is a lot of fun, but the best things in life are done with others - I've lived the hostel life for a while now, its cool that you're always surrounded by new faces, but it can be hard to get those deep connections to people when everyone's coming and going constantly. I'm on couchsurfing so that I can really get to know the people of the places I go, and to know I'll always have friends to share with no matter where I'm at - not to mention all the meetups and events to save me from off days!

Music, Movies, and Books

If its got a message, I'll probably dig it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Scrambled around rural India helping med students treat and process some 10000 villagers in Kaiwara, highlight was probably un-bogging a huge bus refitted with dental chairs in dense jungle, in the pouring summer rain. Great times.

Teach, Learn, Share

I know a little about a lot, master of none. But if you need travel recommendations, look no further.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm not out to chase something for nothing - I'm always to down to cook meals and help out around the place, don't leave much of a footprint so I wont be taking over your living room! Aside from the practical stuff, I'm always after something new to do, and I've become a pretty good conversationalist over the years - I guarantee we'll both learn something from each other
