About Me
Currently in Seattle, I am a recent transplant to the Pacific Northwest, though feeling my roots are still deep in the mountains of North Carolina. Moved west to be close to family, which includes my daughter and two grandchildren ages 3 and 2 months as of signup. Have been and always will be passionate about sustaining social enterprise organizations. Author of forthcoming book, How to Save the World and Be Home In Time For Dinner, which summarizes my work and point of view. Have been a camper/hiker, and returning to form after a series of wonderful joint replacements. Optimistic, realistic, deeply spiritual, kind, committed to social justice in all forms, including gender equity. Have sat in circle with men for over 25 years, and deeply involved in sustaining The ManKind Project so that other men may be challenged to discover their missions of service. Ask me anything...
