Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Reason:

I heard of couchsurfing for the first time through a friend who travelled Europe in 2014. He thoroughly enjoyed the experience and recommended it to me.

Intentions:

I like the idea of meeting new people, seeing how they live, and through that adapting my lifestyle accordingly. I also intend to become part of the system after my travels for those travellers looking for a place in South Africa.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

- I've been canoeing down the Orange river in Namibia. We slept on the shores under the stars for 3 nights. It was epic.

- I spent new years camping in Mozambique which was an amazing experience that I will never forget.

- I've recently gone white water rafting in South Africa which was a life threatening but thrilling experience.

- I've gone on a Cruise ship to the Portuguese islands which is the single most amazing holiday I've ever had.
