Hello I’m Thomas Karaga, but you can easily call me Thomas or Tom ☺️ ,

I am 27 years old and I am from Burkina Faso in West Africa but i am living in Brussels since 9 years now .

I first arrived for my studies, then i ended up working and staying. I work as financial consultant and i hold a Master in Management Science ( Finance ) .

I love traveling when I have a free time or university break. I love nature and parks. I like cooking and I can cook some foods of my country. My life Philosophy : We can’t help everyone but we must help as we can 💪🏽💪🏽 . I like villages because there are pure air there and no pollution, I also like cities who are using some other way of transports to reduce their carbon emissions. I think that our planet need our helps to keep being green.

My friends and i use to talk about the future, about life, about our planet future, about every aspects. I speak French, it’s my native language , I speak also English, I speak also small german. And guest what ?... I also speak 5 local languages of my country. Notice that in Burkina Faso, we do have more than 100 langages for 16 millions peoples. We can talk about these aspects of my country too if you want.
I like other cultures, and I like to discover. It’s true we have not the same cultures but we are all humans and it’s passionate to see how other peoples live, cook, work, enjoy life .... Our planet is very big but we used to say that the world is small, small because we are now mixed, a mix of cultures, through the world 🌎

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couchsurfing because I think that we must help each other in every aspects of life. The cost of life is getting more and more expensive, so by helping each other we can resist against that. If I have two bread and you are hungry, I will give you one. If I got only one and you are hungry, I will cut it half and give you 😊

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I have discovered Malta Islands 🌴 in January 2019 and we decided to take a boat, we were trusting the weather, and we wore tee shirts and polo but when we arrived on the boat , the weather changed and we start getting cold 😂😂 I will tell you more
