Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm out here in South East Asia on my, own, but when I'm exploring I want to meet new people and share the experiences with them. Couchsurfing is the perfect vessel for this, I can stay with locals who know their way around or meet up with other couchsurfers and enjoy the experience​ of adventuring together!

Interests

I love to take inspiration from my travels and apply it to my designs and engineering! My guiding rule while traveling is that I'll try anything once so I've ended up with a very diverse range of interests and hobbies!

Music, Movies, and Books

Books, are to many to count but a few would include Jules Verne's classic Twenty Thousand Leagues Under The Sea, Guards Guards!​ by Terry Pratchett, Commander Chris Hadfields brilliant autobiography An Astronauts Guide to Life on Earth and finally, Andy Weir's The Martian.

Music, Arctic Monkeys, Gorillaz, Beach Boys, Fratellis and Imagine Dragons.

Movies, Master and Commander, the entire Marvel universe with Daredevil in particular, La La Land and district 9.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I learned to dive last July on Pilau Tioman, for me that was an amazing​ experience, the week I spent on that Island was unforgettable!

Teach, Learn, Share

I love to learn, often the more obscure the topic the better, I'm on a relentless drive to be come a receptacle for all kinds of trivia and skills that I might be able to apply in unexpected ways later on.

I'm happy to share and teach everything I know, it's weird and wonderful and bound to be entertaining!
