ABOUT ME

I enjoy travelling and teaching - two things which i've been doing more or less for the last 11 years.
I've taught in Tanzania, China, South Sudan and Spain.
I have a penchant for cycling. To date I've completed three cycle tours; the first one from Berlin back to Welshpool, the second from Welshpool down to Gibraltar and a third cycling around Mid and South Wales.

I'm currently living in Hangzhou, China.

Interests

Depending on where I am, I spend my free time studying languages, drinking alarming amounts of coffee and running 🏃

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've been to the La Tierra Del Fuego, Argentina (muy hermosa!)

After graduating I volunteered in Tanzania for 18 months.

I worked in China for two years teaching English and have travelled quite extensively within the country.

I've cycled thousands of kilometres around various European countries.

I spent 2015 teaching in South Sudan.

I'm currently at University in China studying Chinese.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Welshpool is a small town in Mid-Wales - pleasant for those who enjoy walking/hiking, looking around castles and getting wet.

I am usually out of the country but my mother and sister host on my behalf. To date we have hosted:
