Hey I am Thomas, 31 year old German looking for nice and interesting people who show me their live and culture. I am funny, interested in new things, open-minded, quiet and crazy. Yes that's me ... I was living three years in Indonesia working in the energy sector ranging from support to remote villages to exciting desktop work. I am currently on my way home visiting several parts of Asia, or maybe I will stuck somewhere during my trip? Who knows ...

I am looking forward to a future I can participate to improve the living conditions regarding my education as an electric engineer in developing countries. I hope to combine my work with traveling and meeting nice people and interesting cultures all over the world.

I am currently travelling so I have no opportunity to share a couch. Once I settled down and have my own place, this will change ... For now, I only have couchsurfing experiences in being a guest :) But I met a lot of nice people and good friends within the couchsurfing group in Jakarta. After travelling and as soon as I have a place where I stay, I will share this experiences with others ...

I was living more than three years in Jakarta, working and living with amazing people in an interesting cultural environment, driving motorbike and having tasty breakfast next to smelly sewers. Made it definitely the most amazing time in my life !
