About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To inspire and be inspired, laugh often, and live with integrity
ABOUT ME
I love being outdoors in the woods - hiking, climbing trees, trail running, jumping in creeks and lakes, meditating. I spent five years working on my masters degree in Acupuncture and Oriental medicine (2005-2010), and sadly did not travel much during this time. After finishing this degree I started a clinic in Rapid City, SD, which I ran for two years before passing it on and moving to the Boston area. I love to write and teach, and recently moved to Boston to return to school to learn Chinese and do research on the relationship between Daoism, Buddhism, and Chinese medicine. I have a beautiful 2 year old pup named Serena, who is half Tibetan Mastiff and half Great Pyrenees.
PHILOSOPHY
We are all separate, and we are all one. It is through the exploration and understanding of the boundaries between self and other that one can know when and how to transcend boundaries, and when and how to maintain them. This allows one to live in integrity with oneself as well as in relationship to others. It is through this dynamic interplay of yin and yang that we grow and evolve.
"The Natural State"
Cultivate love and passion
And truth will prevail
Being true to oneself
The energy flows freely
And happiness ensues
Allow happiness to flourish
And love becomes the natural state
Between and among
Beings in the universe
The All requires nothing
And offers everything
This is the natural state
