I was born and raised in Ottawa, Canada, however I haven't lived there in over ten years. I've lived in other cities such as Halifax, Canada; Victoria, Canada; Phnom Penh, Cambodia; Seoul, South Korea; Maastricht, the Netherlands; Enschede; the Netherlands; and Bratislava, Slovakia.

Currently, I'm living in Bratislava, Slovakia, teaching Social Studies and English Lit. at an international school. I live in the Old Town next to the historical centre and enjoy going out a lot, eating, drinking, conversing, as well as exploring the surrounding nature and mountain drinking culture that beautiful Slovakia has to offer.

I've travelled to over 35 countries and lived in four (Canada, Korea, the Netherlands, and now Slovakia). I love listening to other people's stories as well as sharing my own. I enjoy going out and being social as well as having calmer and more conversational evenings.

I love learning about other languages and am always trying to improve my vocabulary in as many languages as I can! I speak English natively and taught ESL for two years so I would be more than happy to help you with some editing or any English-related questions you may have :-)
