Overview
About Me
Hi I'm Thomas, I am a french engineer who worked in Belgium for more than 3 years, and decided to stop his work to travel around the world starting September 2019. I am easy going and can adapt to every host, I can be chatty or quiet if you prefer.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Firt to meet people outside of the hostels, that are suited for tourists but that are quite impersonal.
Then I love to share my interests with others, and discover there way of life around a drink or a meal.
At my return, I hope will be as open minded as my future hosts, and I will be ready to host people.
Interests
I am found of team sport like handball, to share a victory or a defeat with others creates bounds.
But I also like aerial sports, like paragliding or skydiving, because of the excitment and the challenges.
Skiing during holidays because of the good moments with the friends around a nice big fat cheese :)
And finally, I feel a little bit like a dreamer so I enjoy taking long hikes in the mountains (independantly when possible), or becoming someone else during a theater play.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love old school rock, soul and rap (Immortal techniques, Bob Dylan, Led Zeppelin, David Bowie, Aretha Franklin) as much as new ones (Eels, Heather Nova, Jedi Mind Tricks...) and during parties electronical music like techno.
But most of all I am a big cinema lover, especially the south-korean thriller/drama, or the american ones (James Gray, Chritopher Nolan etc.)
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Reaching the submit of Mount Huayna Potosi in Bolivia, at 6088m in the middle of december, and watching the sunrise on the beautiful surrounding mountains.
What I Can Share with Hosts
A chat, a meal, some laughs and some stories.
