ABOUT ME

I am one of 8 boys (two sets of twins) and am 60ish. Self-Employed, and business is good. My wife is one of two children. We love to laugh, and enjoy new experiences. We love to travel, and there are lots of places we want to see before we are too old to remember our name.

PHILOSOPHY

We believe people are the most valuable part of all creation. We are seeking to become more loving people, and build a life FULL of wonderful memories with family and friends.

We are possibly available to both host and to surf.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
We LOVE CS. We have had several experiences surfing others' couches, and a few opportunities to host other surfers, and have loved almost every bit of it. Therefore, contact us. We enjoy giving back to this community.

兴趣

Golf, reading self-help books, movies, dining out, cooking (I am a novice). We LOVE to travel and meet new people and see new cultures. Definitely not a tourist mentality when we travel, but an indigenous mentality. That is a vital part of what makes CS such a rich experience for us.

We listen to and enjoy just about any kind of music, C&W and Grunge/Hate music being at the bottom of the list. (Better yet; forget the Grunge/Hate stuff!) Love good movies, and books like The Shack, Grace Walk, and True-Faced.

I spent two summers among the Navajo Indians (early 80's). Very meaningful time. Recently learning a lot about grace and love. Fascinating exploration and freedom!!

I can teach you how to speak a little Navajo (not that there's a big demand for that)! Maybe when we visit, something of interest may surface. We are learning to walk intimately with Jesus Christ, and are on that lifelong journey. But we're not inclined to preach at people either. We all have our beliefs, right?

We are safe people, and are conscientious & considerate of those we either host or stay with. We're both retired and just enjoy travelling and meeting new people. Life is too short for anything less. Good times!
