Hi, nice to meet you! // Français ci-dessous

It's time for a new adventure. I am travelling with a steel-frame bicycle, starting in Tangier, Marocco. I will be on the road for around 3 months, without any plans. There is no destination, just one direction: South.
This is my first time travelling with a bicycle, I am curious to see how travelling by bicycle feels like :-)

For me, travelling is all about the people I meet on the way. I love getting to know people and exchanging insights into other cultures, lifestyles and experiences along the way.

About me, I am a 30 year old mechanical engineer from Switzerland. I have worked in tunnel construction for 4 years and will be working at a German research station in Antarctica for a year starting in December 2024.

Besides work, I love sports (crossfit and ice hockey), mountaineering and in general adventure. I love life and go through the day optimistically and always with a smile on my face :-) I am very uncomplicated and extroverted. I do not smoke.

I would be delighted to meet you. If you have time, desire and the possibility to host me, let me know. I have a tent with me, I can also stay outside the house if you have a garden or similar. Everything, from a coffee to a bed and shower is appreciated.

Il est temps pour une nouvelle aventure. Je voyage avec un vélo, au départ de Tangier Marocco. Je suis sur la route pendant environ 3 mois, sans aucun projet. Il n’y a pas de destination, seulement la direction : le Sud.
C'est la première fois que je voyage à vélo, je suis curieux de voir si je l'aime ou pas :-)

Pour moi, voyager, c'est avant tout les gens que je rencontre. J'aime apprendre à connaître les gens et échanger des idées sur d'autres cultures, modes de vie et expériences en cours de route.

À propos de moi, je suis un ingénieur en mécanique de 30 ans de la Suisse. Je travaille dans la construction de tunnels depuis 4 ans et je travaillerai dans une station de recherche allemande en Antarctique pendant un an à partir de décembre 2024.

Outre le travail, j'aime le sport (crossfit et hockey sur glace), l'alpinisme et l'aventure en général. J'aime la vie et je passe la journée avec optimisme et toujours avec le sourire aux lèvres :-) Je suis très simple et extravertie. Je ne fume pas.

Je serais ravi de te rencontrer. Si tu as le temps, l'envie et la possibilité de m'héberger, laisse-moi moi savoir. J'ai une tente avec moi, je peux aussi rester à l'extérieur si vous avez un jardin ou similaire. Tout est apprécié.
