ABOUT ME

I keep trying to tell myself that I'm just a regular girl who should strive for a more ordinary existence, but invisible forces are just not having it! I'm just trying to be at peace amidst uncertainty and go with the flow of this unpredictable pull that is my life. At the risk of sounding full of myself, I think I am quite extraordinary headed for an extraordinary future.

PHILOSOPHY

I am continually recreating myself and adapting to my ever changing circumstances and environment, but still holding to my core values of integrity and personal progression. I want to be at peace with myself and my decisions, being full of love for those around me and creating a better world for myself and future children.

If people are willing to let me stay on their couch, I'm certainly willing to put my couch out there!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've not yet formally couch surfed, but I have plenty of experience sleeping on friends' couches and lending out my own couch. I've traveled to Spain twice where I have lived in local homes. So, I know a little bit about staying in a stranger's home and experiencing a mutual trust that way.

Musica, film e libri

All time fave movie = Little Women. I like chic flicks, mysteries, action, whatever, as long as it's quality. No horror films for me though, thanks!
Books... I like historical fiction: the Red Tent, Snow Falling on Cedars, Memoires of a Geisha, and I also like inspirational books, like Eat, Pray, Love. Music...I like uplifting music, lately I've been getting back to my country roots and forming an interest in Opera.

I've survived cancer, I moved across the country to start a new life for myself, I lived in Spain 2 summers in a row, and I'm about to start dental school!
