ABOUT ME

Born and raised in Iceland, but my passion for traveling has lead to numerous different places throughout my twenties and now early thirties. I have lived in Italy, Germany, Costa Rica and currently in Holland, where I graduated from Hospitality Business Management and currently work on my own projects. I love all things food related and I'm a big music fan. My girlfriend, Ambra, is from Napoli, Italy, but we speak together in Spanish. Its a long story. An Icelander with an Italian, met in Germany, speak Spanish together and now live in Amsterdam.

Got introduced to Couchsurfing back in 2013 as I backpacked my way through South- America for 6 months.

Since then I've always come back to Couchsurfing whenever I have a big trip ahead of me, where there's the opportunity to get a real connection with a distant culture.

Cultures and their norms. Food and wine. Good quality music and fun. Good vibes all around. Lately very much into gardening, as well photography.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Going to a normal school in Costa Rica for a year of exchange, living with a Costa Rican family has to be the thing that has shaped me the most. This has since then influenced all major decisions of my life in some bizarre way or another.
