ABOUT ME

Dave and I have been married for just over 4 years and have a 3 year old boy. We have 4 other children ages 20-15 (2 girls and 2 boys). Our first priority is God's will, not our own. Our second priority is family and we do consider all people family So to keep it simple "God First" and "ALL Others" follow and are in our hearts and prayers. We love to keep life simple and love living in the quiet, country lifestyle.

PHILOSOPHY

God created "ALL" things. He created both Man and Woman "EQUAL" and wants us to live on earth as it is in heaven...
The only importance to life is sharing it with others.
Live and Let Live...but don't ignore the fact that God uses people to reach people whom possibly need reached.
You do have to sleep in the bed which you make so we believe in making it daily and as nice as possible. When we do not we indeed feel the wrinkles and or crumbs that are not desired.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We are "very new" to couchsurfing yet "we have" had our first experience with being hosted while on our first ever vacation since our marriage of 6 years. We can not even begin to tell you how "WONDERFUL" of an experience it was. Our "Host" (was/is) in our opinion a total gift from above... We shall "Never" forget him. We look forward to hosting others and using what we learned from him for our example. And will certainly keep within the "Couchsurfing Community".

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Although very new to Couchsurfing we have had one experience that will dwell in our hearts forever and a day... Looking much forward to our next experience and being hosts ourselves.

Interests

Dave is somewhat of an old fart (young at heart) that actually likes to play Bingo and cards and love doing ceramics and clay work. Dave lived "In The World" for 20 plus years and has no complaints, but only more knowledge of people, places, and thing's. He now dedicates his life to God and gives thanks on a daily basis for bringing him out of the darkness of the world which for him makes the world bright and beautiful each day. He enjoys going to play Bingo and meeting new people. We do attend church and very much enjoy all of the time spent with our church family. We are non-denominational (meaning very open to all).
I work as a special ed. parapro 4 days per week, but I enjoy being with my family. Dave is a stay at home dad which brings lots of happiness my way on a day to day basis. And going through this child rearing basically for the second round my previous experiences have been so very helpful. Just like experience in anything is defenitely a plus.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I travelled Washington State, Oregon, California, Nevada, Montana, Idaho, North Dakota, Vancouver Canada. And the most Amazing thing I have done and or seen is when I was in Salmon La Sac (Washington State) as a child watching the Indians in the buff carving on the River... As if oblivious to all the world. It was indeed very spiritual and I like spiritual.

I have traveled to several states: Montana, Wyoming, Oregon, California, Arizona, New Mexico, Utah, Nevada, Minnesota, Iowa, Colorado, and have lived in Idaho and Washington. Have also been to Canada a couple of times.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can listen to you and listen completely. By doing so I can and will learn something. And yes this is a vice-versa situation I am sure... We can "ALL" grow if we listen and listen from the heart and not just our minds. Just like "ALL OF US / Mankind"
I have many experiences from birth to present I (we)
Have learned a whole lot from all ages of people. Age has mattered none...Nothing better than diversity.
