My name is Tiago, I'm from Andorra , but due to my academic life I've lived in some countries. Nowadays I'm living in São Paulo, Brazil. I'm doing my doctorate in Global Health and Sustainability, specifically I work with malaria disease.

I'm likeable, easygoing, peaceful, responsible person. I love meet new people and learn new cultures. I'm geographer so I'm trying to travel all around the world.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

I'm new in couchsurfing, but I love the idea to share home and meet new people. Mainly I'm here because I prefer share moments with people when I'm travelling. Furthemore, as student sometimes travel becomes a very expensive hobbie, and couchsurfing is the way to travel cheap.

Intereses

I like travel around, learn about new cultures and people, go out with friends to drink some beers or wine or just talk.

Photography is one of my passion.. I'm an amateur but I enjoy try to shot the best moment! :)

I really like play sports, I did football, karate, swimming pool, ski, rowing and a long list with my favorites teams and players.

Música, películas y libros

I'm learning about music every day, I prefer indie, rock, jazz.. and here in Brazil I learn to love samba, bossa nova and brazilian popular music (MPB).

Books:
Anything about Gabriel Garcia Marquez.. José Saramago, Carlos Ruiz Zafon, Fernando Pessoa, Machado de Assis.. I really like old classics as Sherlock Holmes.

Also in my childhood I read and re-read Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings.

For travel normally is a easy read as Dan Brown or Ken Follet.

Currently, Haruki Murakami and the biography of Ghandi.
