I am an adventurer and lover of life. I live part time in Loreto, Baja and in the summers, you’ll find me on the Olympic Peninsula of Washington state. I first came to Loreto 16 years ago and I keep returning because it is such a beautiful town with beautiful people. Besides traveling, I also enjoy backcountry hiking, canoeing, paddle boarding, gardening, board games, cooking, festivals and sharing travel stories.

Music, Movies, and Books

I am a big fan of all music, especially jam bands and blues. I have been to many music festivals. I will be on Jamcruise again this year. Feel free to ask me about it.
My favorite authors are Tom Robbins and Tom Wolfe. I also like to read tales of adventures and books related to the outdoors. I read a fair amount of non-fiction, but I do not pay much attention to the news.
As for movies, I like them to be lighthearted or documentaries. Anything scary is not my genre .
