I'm a grad student at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland studying Organizational Behavior.

PHILOSOPHY

I strive for balance, but frequently fall short. Some of the things I strive to find balance between? Spontaneous exploration and planning. Big picture and details. Philosophy and practicality. Silliness and seriousness. Benefiting self and benefiting others (*not that these are mutually exclusive).

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

So far I've only helped to host a few surfers, but I'd like to expand. I'd love to travel everywhere eventually, and host more surfers when I have more time and space. For now, it would be nice just to meet some cool, new, interesting people by occasionally hosting and surfing.

Interests

Yoga, exploring, running, learning, cooking, eating...

I also like thinking about how to make workplaces better and more meaningful for the people in them. I hope someday to have a positive impact on people's lives with all of these thoughts.
