I was born in Malaysia, I'm of Peranakan heritage. I lived there until I was 17 and then I lived in Australia for the rest of my years until early 2016 when I left on my first backpacking journey.

On my first solo journey this Irish girl I had a 5 minute conversation with told me about CS. We remained friends and a year later I finally decided to join it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Sounds like an excuse to brag about achievements but I'm pretty proud of this. I was determined to get my residency in Australia, its a great cpuntry with great people. I was stuck as a student with a loan and $700 to survive with on my own. Plus I had a 3 year visa ban. I worked so hard in 3 jobs and studied. Several years later I graduated, had a steady job, travelled a bit and got my Permanent Residency!

I wouldn't recommend anyone ro try it though. The stress can get to your confidence.
