About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Just enjoy life, love my fellow earthlings and go green! (in an environmental sense)
ABOUT ME
I am a 29 years old currently living and working in Taichung, Taiwan. I've been sent abroad to South Africa when I was 13, where i stayed for 12 years and completed my high school and university education. So now, I am back to my home country where my loving family is. As I am approaching the big 3 0, the traveling bud inside me is growing ever so strong. Despite having amazing family and friends, great job and a comfy apartment of my own, I am dying to experience the great world out there!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Zero, but i've spent most of my teenage years in a boarding school. So that really trained me well to live with other people, respect my fellow housemates and KEEP THINGS NEAT!
Interests
Sport is a very important part of my life, although I am no champion of any, and I am not competitive type at all. But I do love simple cardio work out such as swimming, road cycling and running. I've recently completed the Tokyo Marathon 2012, and now San Francisco marathon is next on my agenda.
I have also recently got my open water diving qualification. I have tried to learn how to surf, but decided I am better off under the water, take it easy and just enjoy the view.
In my not feeling-so-active days, I am enjoy reading, watching movie, cooking and shopping(although this could get rather active sometimes).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I believe every traveling experienece has its amazing moments. The most memorable trip I can pick off my brain right now is the one month trip I went on with my high school best friend to the Great Barrier Reef, Australia. it was the most epic adventure on land and to the sea. We've had so much fun with the people we met there and most of all, with each other. despite the volatile weather, cancelled flights, burst tire and dodgy hostels.... We conquered it all with most of what we had then (money, physical, mental strength and... beauty). I have countless photos to remind me of all the amazing places I have been to and seen, but it's the people that you spent that experience with really sticks to your heart.
