About Me

Moi! (Hello, in finnish) I guess I'd introduce myself as a restless soul. Whenever I have a little money to spend, I pack my things and go search for the next adventure. Because I study music, I want to get to know, explore, connect, through new cities, people and cultures. It keeps things exciting in this very short lifetime.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As I mentioned, I love to get to know new people like probably everyone who uses this app. My friend recommended CS to me long time ago because she had the Best memories while surfing. There's is no better way to experience a new place than with a local person. It's marvellous to dive into their worlds for a little while and be lost in a strange city with new people.

Interests

Music and art in all kinds of shape. Stories. I write my own journal so I'd remember that everyday is part of my story, part of my book. History & philosophy. Languages., teach me yours!

Yoga. Fell in love with combat sports like thaiboxing and krav maga years ago. Football !

My obsession is to learn to be a masterchef in kitchen. Far from it now, but please teach me if you have skills.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: I listen everything, and that's why you need to tell me your favourites. Music is everywhere, in the silence as well. I love classical music; Ravel, Debussy, Wagner etc.
Jazz and improvisation most definitely. Snarky Puppy, Melody Gardot, Kurt Elling, Gregory Porter ...
Also southern american music, salsa. Rock, progressive rock. Really, anything goes !

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hosting a live international TV broadcast in English and survived without any big humiliations, and that's like more than amazing from me yay! Even today I'm wondering how did I end up there. The second thing I'm proud of is that a couple summers ago I hitchiked around the whole Romania. Didn't plan it, started to hitchhike from Hungary and winded up to Romania by accident. Never going to forget the view from a backseat window when we crossed the border with unknown romanian couple who picked me up from the side of the road. I saw a romanian meadow and thunderstorm with lightnings in the dark nighty sky. Radio played the song called Storm Rider. And I had no idea what was going to happen next.
