Always considered traveling the top priority, but skipping the tourist agencies, rather getting in touch with local people, real life experiences, students organizations, arrangements with friends, spontaneous adventures etc :)

Since summer 2010, I don't have permanent residency any more, chasing the sun&wind around the globe :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Even before CS, I hosted many people from different countries and have a lot of experience in guiding, mostly by volunteering in the international students organizations. Now I am focusing on the CS community.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've hosted people while I was living in Athens, Greece; Paros, Greece; Cabarete, Dominican Republic. In addition, during my stay in Brazil I met many surfers for a drink and to show them around.

As a guest, I had great experiences in Italy, Brazil and Sri Lanka, and since I'll be on the road for some more time, I hope to visit other CS members on my way :)

Interests

Traveling, exploring countries, languages, meeting people etc, I am sure just as most of the CS members :) Although I'd like to see as much of this planet as possible, I'd always choose a warmer, sunnier, and closer to the sea option :) Started windsurfing while living in Greece, and WS quickly made it to the top priorities in my life, becoming the glue for the sea, the sun and the traveling :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The things that moved me the most were always the combination of the moment, the place and most of all the people, and it just doesn't translate to typed words :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I'll be glad to share whatever is my skill, knowledge, talent that someone wants to embrace. The languages I speak, the places I am familiar with, my professional skills (IT), or just cooking exotic dishes I love to invent in real time :)
